Job Description

• Meet new clients, and understand their requirements in detail. Your task will involve trying to ensure that your interactions with Livspace leads convert to successful and happy customers.
• Own your projects from start to finish, all design deliverables-Drawings, Presentations, Material selection, BOQ.
• Sell Livspace Kitchen and Wardrobes where the project scope allows to.
• Your responsibilities will range from client front-ending, brief understanding, Project costing, quotations, and validation to design projects development and coordination from concept to installation stages.
• Execute the project till handover, visit the site regularly.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure your design turns into reality seamlessly and visit the site regularly.

Job Requirements

• You have a minimum of one year of relevant interior design experience / Formal design education.
• You have handled projects end-to-end - sales, design and execution.
• Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
• Good to have:
• Knowledge of AutoCad or ArchiCad or Revit (or other BIM softwares)
• Experience in 3D modelling and rendering softwares is an added advantage.
• Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
