About the Role

We are a growing F&B outlet looking for a hands-on Outlet Manager to lead daily operations, manage the team, and help improve overall outlet performance.

This role is floor-based, not an office role . You will be actively involved in running shifts, supporting staff, handling guests, and learning how to grow outlet revenue through better service and operations.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor daily sales and outlet performance
  • Learn and apply simple ways to increase outlet revenue (upselling, service flow, repeat customers, reducing wastage)
  • Work closely with management to improve outlet results
  • Run daily operations and manage shifts smoothly
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the outlet team
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure cleanliness, service quality, and discipline standards
