VISION & MISSION

On-Site Support Test Engineer responsible for providing on-site technical support, testing, troubleshooting, repair and commissioning of electronic systems and equipment at customer locations. Role requires hands-on expertise, ability to lead and guide junior engineers, coordinate with internal teams, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform on-site testing, validation, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of electronic systems, equipment, and test solutions.</li>
<li>Diagnose complex hardware, PCB, circuit, and system-level failures and provide corrective actions.</li>
<li>Conduct system functional, calibration, performance, and reliability testing according to requirements and standards.</li>
<li>Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Travel to customer sites to provide technical support, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting services.</li>
<li>Support equipment installation, setup, and acceptance testing at customer sites.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to customer technical issues and service requests; ensure site activities are completed safely and professionally.</li>
<li>Lead and guide junior engineers and technicians during site service activities.</li>
<li>Act as main technical point of contact between customers, internal engineering teams, and management.</li>
<li>Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to team members and customers when required.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering departments to resolve issues.</li>
<li>Maintain supplier database and purchasing records; ensure materials are purchased to specifications.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed service reports, test results, failure analysis reports, and corrective action documentation.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of service activities, spare parts usage, and test data.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to R&amp;D or production teams for product improvement.</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with customers to explain technical issues, solutions, and recommendations.</li>
<li>Ensure all site service work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, company procedures, and customer requirements; follow ESD, quality control, and testing standards. </li>
</ul>
Salary will be based on your experienced.

• Test, troubleshoot, repair and commission electronic systems on customer sites; fix complex PCB and system faults.
• Work across Production, Quality and R&amp;D to resolve issues and improve products.
• Lead juniors; own customer-site technical POC!
