<li>Responsible for company secretarial works ranging from incorporation of new companies, preparation of resolutions, minutes of meetings and others corporate secretarial documents.</li>
<li>Maintaining and updating all the statutory records, register book and ensure proper filing of corporate secretarial documents at all times.</li>
<li>Laise with internal and external parties, regulators and advisers where necessary.</li>
<li>mainly dealing with secretarial support work such as prepare documents, call and follow up with marketing team</li>
<li>handling new incorp, annual returns, circulations and any adhoc assignment as requested.</li>
<li>use of MYCOID, E-Info, MyData, Superior Comsec</li>
<li>Handle a full-fledged of corporate secretarial works for a portfolio SME clients.</li>
<li>Maintain and update statutory Registers and ensure all statutory filings are made on a timely basis.</li>
<li>Manage and update the secretarial client’s database and ensure all records are kept up to date.&nbsp;</li>
