This role requires a hands-on approach to campaign planning and execution, content creation, stakeholder management, and event planning. </p> <p><b></b></p> <p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p> <p><b>Marketing Strategies &amp; Execution</b></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote CTOS Credit Manager and other SME-focused solutions.</li> <li>Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, with a focus on digital touchpoints (social media, email marketing, paid media), offline and event platforms. </li> <li>Create impactful marketing materials, including sales tools (e.g. sales presentation decks, brochures), product content, digital advertisements, eDMs, presentations, content for social media and websites/digital assets.</li> <li>Monitor and analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities, refine strategies and messaging.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to support new product launches and marketing initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><b> </b></p> <p><b>Content &amp; Communications</b></p> <ul> <li>Craft insightful, engaging and relevant content tailored to SMEs, including articles, case studies, infographics, visual content and thought leadership pieces.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to formulate and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence, drive engagement and content performance across social media and digital touchpoints.</li> <li>Manage EDM campaigns for both acquisition and nurture existing clients, optimising for engagement and conversion.</li> <li>Post directly on social media platforms when required, and ensure timely, accurate, and brand-aligned publishing.</li> <li>Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all communications.</li></ul> <p><b>Stakeholder &amp; Project Management</b></p> <ul> <li>Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, Digital Marketing, Communications, Commercial, Product and Customer Experience, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.</li> <li>Manage external agencies to deliver on time and on brief—creative, digital performance, media buying, event organisers and public relations.</li> <li><span>Build and maintain strategic partnerships with SME associations, business networks, and relevant industry networks/groups to enhance visibility.</span></li><li>Lead and coach junior team members to ensure high performance, accountability and professional growth.</li> <li>Own and lead marketing planning, review and reporting within the SME segment, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.</li> </ul> <p><b>Events &amp; Symposiums</b></p> <ul> <li>Plan, coordinate, and execute SME events, webinars, thought leadership forums and symposiums.</li> <li>Develop event marketing strategies to maximise reach, sign-ups / registrations, drive attendance and engagement.</li> <li>Manage full event lifecycle from ideation, planning, and executing event logistics, and post-event follow-ups.</li></ul> <p><b>Budgeting, Reporting &amp; Performance Tracking</b></p> <ul> <li>Monitor and manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.</li> <li>Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance with strong command of: </li> <ul> <li>Marketing leads reports (lead generation and funnel performance)</li> <li>Google Analytics reports (web traffic, engagement, conversion tracking)</li> <li>EDM reports (open rates, CTR, engagement trends)</li> <li>Social media performance reports (reach, engagement, growth metrics)</li> </ul> <li>Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for optimization.</li> <li>Assist in preparing insightful presentations and performance report updates to internal stakeholders, to showcase marketing effectiveness and impact.</li> </ul> <p></p> </div> </div> <div id="MainContent_pSkill" class="form-group"> <div class="col-sm-12"> <p> <span id="MainContent_txtSkill"></span></p><p><b>WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL</b></p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketring Communications or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on SME or B2B segments</li> <li>A proven track record in developing and executing digital and integrated marketing campaigns with measurable impact, including paid media, SEO, social media, and email marketing, with a good understanding of the latest trends and best practices</li> <li>Excellent content development and copywriting skills</li> <li>Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams</li> <li>Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing, campaign tracking, data analysis, and performance reporting</li> <li>Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage)</li> <li>Experience in event planning, management and execution </li> <li>Proactive, hands-on, solutions-driven and a team collaborator, with a positive attitude, growth mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li></ul> <p></p> </div> </div> <div class="form-group"> <div class="col-sm-12"> </div> </div> <hr> <div class="form-group"> <div class="col-sm-12">   </div> </div></p>
