The Senior Marketing Executive at NovaLearn will be essential in crafting and executing marketing strategies to boost brand presence, increase student enrolments, and foster overall business development. This position calls for a strategic planner with practical execution abilities, proficient in managing campaigns, content, and digital marketing efforts.

<h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4>
1.Marketing Strategy &amp; Planning
<ul>
<li>Assist in developing and implementing annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with NovaLearn’s goals.</li>
<li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies.</li>
<li>Identify innovative marketing opportunities to strengthen brand presence and engagement.</li>
</ul>
2.Campaign Management
<ul>
<li>Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.</li>
</ul>
3.Digital Marketing &amp; Content
<ul>
<li>Manage NovaLearn’s social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and engagement monitoring.</li>
<li>Develop and oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with performance tracking.</li>
<li>Create or oversee high-quality content for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.</li>
</ul>
4.Branding &amp; Communications
<ul>
<li>Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.</li>
<li>Support PR initiatives, media engagement, and internal communications as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in creating corporate presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral.</li>
</ul>
5.Reporting &amp; Analytics
<ul>
<li>Track and report on marketing KPIs, including lead generation, engagement, and conversion metrics.</li>
<li>Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and outcomes.</li>
</ul>
