About the Role:

An established commercial vehicle and automotive distributor based in Elmina Business Park is seeking a Procurement Executive. You will manage end-to-end purchasing, supplier contracts, and parts sourcing to support ongoing assembly, distribution, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle procurement operations for vehicle components, assembly materials, and general operating supplies.
• Source, screen, and negotiate favorable commercial terms with both local and international automotive vendors and technical suppliers.
• Lead tender submissions, request for quotation (RFQ) exercises, and direct cost-comparison analysis.
• Generate and track Purchase Orders (PO), coordinate cross-border or local delivery schedules, and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Evaluate supplier delivery performance, lead times, and quality compliance according to internal automotive standards.
• Maintain procurement records, audit trails, inventory purchasing schedules, and cost-control reports.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge or hands-on experience handling full-set procurement, supplier negotiations, and quotation analysis.
• Strong commercial negotiation, supplier relationship management, and communication skills.
• Exposure to automotive parts sourcing or commercial vehicle operations is an added advantage.
