Job Description

1. Content Creation & Management:

  •  Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content across all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  •  Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts. 
  •  Develop engaging email content to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
  •  Track campaign performance across all channels and provide insights for optimization.

2. Community Engagement:

  •  Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with followers and the riding community.

3. Social Media Strategy:

  •  Plan and execute social media campaigns to support brand goals, product launches, and promotional activities.
  •  Identify and leverage trends, hashtags, and current events to maximize engagement.

4. Meta Ads Management:

  •  Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  •  Set up ad campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on analytics and KPIs.
  •  Ensure ad creative aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.

5. In-House App Management:

  •  Oversee communication with app users, including sending notifications about promotions, updates, and events.
  •  Monitor user experience within the app, collect feedback, and collaborate with the development team to implement improvements.
  •  Analyze app user engagement metrics to drive targeted communications and campaigns.

6. Analytics & Reporting:

  •  Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure engagement, growth, and ROI.
  •  Provide regular reports and insights to improve content strategy and achieve KPIs.

7. Collaboration:

  •  Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
  •  Collaborate with influencers and partners for campaigns and sponsorships.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  •  Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  •  Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  •  Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar design software.
  •  Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  •  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  •  Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
