Job Description


  • Provide administrative support to Sales Team, Account Team, HR Team and Marketing Team
  • Handle accounting tasks, such as processing Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoices, reconciling accounts, arranging transporter and preparing reports.
  • Maintain office inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Handle filing and record keeping.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary.
  • Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  • Packing goods on demand basic by Sales Team.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
  • Responsible for identifying and qualifying new potential customers for the company's products or services.

Job Requirements


  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support, accounting. Fresh Graduate also encourage to apply.
  • Experience with accounting software (Autocount Accounting Software) and tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good attitude, including being willing to learn, taking challenges, updating superior timely, and staying positive.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual in Malay and English (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Age: Range 23 to 33 years old
