<li>Provide administrative support to Sales Team, Account Team, HR Team and Marketing Team</li>
<li>Handle accounting tasks, such as processing Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoices, reconciling accounts, arranging transporter and preparing reports.</li>
<li>Maintain office inventory and ordering supplies.</li>
<li>Handle filing and record keeping.</li>
<li>Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary.</li>
<li>Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.</li>
<li>Packing goods on demand basic by Sales Team.</li>
<li>Assist with marketing and promotional activities.</li>
<li>Responsible for identifying and qualifying new potential customers for the company's products or services.</li>
