Our Culture

<p>We’re looking for a sharp, driven intern in their final year of university to sit at the center of our marketing engine. You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth and own work that has a direct, measurable impact on revenue — every single day.</p>
<p>This isn’t a typical internship where you observe and take notes. You’ll be launching ads, writing copy, coordinating creators, and interpreting data before most people finish their morning coffee. If you want to learn how to build a nine-figure brand from the inside out, this is the place.</p>
<p><strong>This is also a pipeline role — high-performing interns will be offered a full-time Growth Associate position at the end of the internship.</strong></p>

<h4><strong>Paid Acquisition</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist in setting up and managing daily campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads</li>
<li>Monitor spend pacing and ROAS daily — flag issues before they become problems</li>
<li>Support structured A/B tests to continuously improve performance</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Creative Operations</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Help coordinate our content engine: briefing creators, managing editors, and ensuring a steady flow of new ad creative every week</li>
<li>Write punchy, scroll-stopping ad copy and video scripts</li>
<li>Maintain a creative performance tracker so we always know what’s working and can make more of it</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Conversion &amp; Retention</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Build and test landing pages to improve conversion rates across the funnel</li>
<li>QA the website regularly to catch any friction in the buying journey</li>
<li>Help set up and schedule weekly email campaigns in Klaviyo</li>
<li>Support automated flows — welcome sequences, abandoned cart, post-purchase — to drive repeat revenue</li>
</ul>

<li>Help maintain our growth dashboards — keep numbers current and flag anomalies</li>
<li>Run weekly competitive analyses across the baby, wellness, and beauty categories and surface actionable insights</li>
