Job Description
· Oversee the constant availability of technical resources
· Provide enterprise support to the client
· Maintain and constantly improve existing systems
· Use virtualization and cloud technologies to provide resilient performance infrastructures to support client needs
· Participate in product testing to evaluate new products and features
· Maintain and update documentation of procedures and operations
· Engage with the R&D team to resolve technical issue
· Maintain corporate system at high SLA standard and maintain system optimization
Job Requirements
· Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent subject
· At least 3 years of professional experience in System Operation team
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Technical experience with public cloud like AWS or equivalent
· Address complex problems at both an application and system level
· Familiarity with multiple hosting platforms
· Familiarity with Linux distributions (such as RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
· Enterprise LAN/WAN network architectures
· Understanding of networks and technologies, including proxies, SSL,etc.
· Data center environments with high availability capabilities
· Extensive experience troubleshooting remote Linux system issues
· Confident, enthusiastic, fast learning with great communication and analytical skills
· Good understanding and knowledge of networking and application-level operations
· Demonstrated excellence at solving problems iteratively and delivering software that can be responsive to customer feedback
· Able to work independently and cooperatively in team with all level personnel
