We’re Hiring: Sales Promoter cum Manicurist (Full-Time)

Location: Central i-City Mall, Shah Alam
Start Date: December 2025 (Training will be provided before store opening)

Job Responsibilities:

i) Sales & Promotion

• Promote and demonstrate nail products, services, or packages to potential customers.
• Actively engage with customers to generate interest, upsell treatments, and drive sales. 
• Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized consultations based on customer needs.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure promotional materials are up to date.

ii) Manicure & Nail Services

• Provide basic manicure services and apply press-on nails (training provided)
• Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation of tools, equipment, and work area.
• Stay updated with current nail trends, colors, and techniques to enhance service quality.
• Recommend aftercare tips and suitable products to maintain results. 

iii) Customer Service & Brand Representation

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits. 
• Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the nail area

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• With or without experience (training provided)
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented
• Interest in beauty, nails, or retail sales
• Able to work upon retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
