<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<h4><strong>i) Sales &amp; Promotion</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Promote and demonstrate nail products, services, or packages to potential customers.</li>
<li>Actively engage with customers to generate interest, upsell treatments, and drive sales.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized consultations based on customer needs.</li>
<li>Maintain attractive product displays and ensure promotional materials are up to date.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>ii) Manicure &amp; Nail Services</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Provide basic manicure services and apply press-on nails (training provided)</li>
<li>Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation of tools, equipment, and work area.</li>
<li>Stay updated with current nail trends, colors, and techniques to enhance service quality.</li>
<li>Recommend aftercare tips and suitable products to maintain results.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>iii) Customer Service &amp; Brand Representation</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints promptly and courteously.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the nail area</li>
</ul>
