Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Website & E-Commerce Operations
  • Manage and ensure smooth operation of e-commerce platforms: Shopify, Site Giant, Onpay, Jotform.
  • Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns are updated accurately.
  • Monitor website performance, speed, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers or platform support.
  • Optimize landing pages and product pages for maximum conversion.
  • Basic coding skills for corporate website maintenance.
  • Understand platform integrations to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations.
  1. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns: Meta Ads (FB & IG), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads.
  • Manage advertising budgets and monitor key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and funnels.
  • Collaborate with content team to create high-performing ad creatives.
  • Plan live selling strategies on Shopee and TikTok to maximize sales.
  1. SEO & Website Growth
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and content).
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and competitor performance.
  • Work with content team to produce SEO-friendly articles and product descriptions.
  1. Social Media & Marketplace Management
  • Manage and optimize brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee.
  • Align organic content with paid campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement, reach, Shopee traffic, campaigns, and voucher strategies.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopee Ads Dashboard.
  • Analyze cross-platform data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
  1. Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop end-to-end digital strategies (awareness → conversion → retention).
  • Lead collaboration with content creators and external agencies.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for promotions, festive sales, and brand launches.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, algorithms, and platform changes.
  1. Email Marketing
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Create storytelling emails and visually appealing newsletters that drive sales.

Job Requirements

 

Job Requirements – Digital Marketing Executive

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field 
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply) 
  • Proficient in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn 
  • Knowledge of Digital Advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) 
  • Basic understanding of SEO & SEM and content marketing strategies 
  • Strong copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns 
  • Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator is an added advantage) 
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or platform insights 
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team 
  • Proactive, creative, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
