Key Responsibilities

<li>Website &amp; E-Commerce Operations</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Manage and ensure smooth operation of e-commerce platforms: Shopify, Site Giant, Onpay, Jotform.</li>
<li>Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns are updated accurately.</li>
<li>Monitor website performance, speed, and user experience.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers or platform support.</li>
<li>Optimize landing pages and product pages for maximum conversion.</li>
<li>Basic coding skills for corporate website maintenance.</li>
<li>Understand platform integrations to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations.</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Paid Advertising &amp; Performance Marketing</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns: Meta Ads (FB &amp; IG), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads.</li>
<li>Manage advertising budgets and monitor key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions.</li>
<li>Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and funnels.</li>
<li>Collaborate with content team to create high-performing ad creatives.</li>
<li>Plan live selling strategies on Shopee and TikTok to maximize sales.</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>SEO &amp; Website Growth</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and content).</li>
<li>Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and competitor performance.</li>
<li>Work with content team to produce SEO-friendly articles and product descriptions.</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Social Media &amp; Marketplace Management</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Manage and optimize brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee.</li>
<li>Align organic content with paid campaigns.</li>
<li>Monitor engagement, reach, Shopee traffic, campaigns, and voucher strategies.</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopee Ads Dashboard.</li>
<li>Analyze cross-platform data to identify growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.</li>
</ul>

<li>Strategy &amp; Leadership</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Develop end-to-end digital strategies (awareness → conversion → retention).</li>
<li>Lead collaboration with content creators and external agencies.</li>
<li>Plan and execute campaigns for promotions, festive sales, and brand launches.</li>
<li>Stay updated on digital trends, algorithms, and platform changes.</li>
