Job Description

• Assist the Manager in researching, planning, conceptualizing, and coordinating social media marketing materials, campaigns, advertisements, festive greetings, and other digital media initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive traffic in line with client and company objectives.
• Support the development and management of social media content calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and publishing of posts across relevant platforms.
• Conduct online research to stay updated on audience behavior, social media platform trends, and digital marketing best practices.
• Monitor social media platforms and online conversations to track campaign performance, audience sentiment, and emerging trends relevant to client brands.
• Track social media coverage and campaign performance, providing observations and insights to improve content strategies and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate communications with micro-KOLs and content collaborators, monitor their accounts, posts, and engagement, and ensure deliverables align with campaign requirements.
• Assist in community management by monitoring comments, messages, and discussions, ensuring appropriate engagement and escalation when necessary.
• Support structured digital engagement initiatives by interacting with online communities to observe and capture audience conversations, enabling better monitoring of sentiment, narrative trends, and public responses.
• Collect, compile, analyse, and present social media performance reports for ongoing and completed campaigns.
• Continuously observe social media and digital community trends to identify engagement opportunities, emerging formats, and relevant cultural conversations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, analytics, and strategy teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute marketing initiatives.
• Support the Manager in maintaining strong client servicing standards and ensuring timely delivery of campaign deliverables.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Company.
