 Dear Hustlers is a brand academy and strategy studio led by an award-winning brand strategist. We empower founders and businesses to shape bold, high-converting brands that stand out in crowded markets.

As a Client Success Lead, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps our client work smooth and our studio operations sharp. You’ll work closely with the founder to make sure projects move forward, clients feel supported, and no detail gets missed.

Your responsibilities will include:

 Client & Project Coordination

•  Coordinate client timelines and deliverables across branding and marketing projects
•  Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal resources
•  Ensure clients are informed, supported, and engaged throughout their journey

Operational Support

•  Follow up with leads and manage event (workshop, speaking) logistics for the founder’s appearances
•  Handle documentation and light photography
•  Support general operations to keep everything flowing with precision

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

If you’re fascinated by brand building, love staying organized, and thrive in virtual team environments, you might be who we’re looking for.

•  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese
•  Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.
•  Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
•  A good eye for design and visual content (bonus if you enjoy light content capture or coordination!)

💰 Compensation: This is a full-time role with a base salary + project-based bonus.
