Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales Excellence

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and throughout their shopping journey.
• Actively assist customers by answering questions, providing accurate product information, and offering personalized recommendations to drive sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues to the Store Manager when necessary.

2. Retail Operations & Merchandising

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, counting, and organizing new stock deliveries.
• Replenish and organize shelves, racks, and displays to maintain an appealing and fully stocked sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging products, ensuring correct signage, and keeping the store clean, tidy, and organized at all times.

3. Compliance & Teamwork

• Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling, loss prevention, health and safety (H&S), and security procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to ensure store goals (sales, cleanliness, customer satisfaction) are met.
• Communicate any stock issues, customer feedback, or operational concerns to the management team promptly.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Haves

• Proven customer service experience or a strong passion for working with the public.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash, card payments, and operating a POS system.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor, and lift up to [Specific weight, e.g., 10Kg] of merchandise.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

• Previous experience as a Retail Assistant, Sales Associate, or Cashier.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Female candidate is preffered.
