Job Description

Collaborate with team members to analyze, plan, design, develop, and implement solutions that meet strategic goals and ensure usability, performance, reliability, control, and security.

Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, Development, Quality Assurance, Usability, Training, Transport Management, and other internal teams to successfully deliver system enhancements and fixes.

Perform SAP ABAP and S/4 ABAP programming tasks as needed.

Support daily Core SAP Finance operations, providing timely and effective resolution of third-level support issues.

Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support when required.

Create and update internal documentation and end-user training materials.

Work closely with the learning group to contribute to training content.

Help define and apply standards and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.

Engage in continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
