<li>Handle &amp; coordinate nominated office/customer’s enquiry for export movement</li>
<li>To offer sailing schedule &amp; arrange booking with carrier</li>
<li>Release Booking Confirmation to customer - details are updated correctly</li>
<li>Propose ISO Tanks for export shipment base on customer’s requirements</li>
<li>To coordinate with depot &amp; surveyor to ensure ISO Tanks are ready for shipment</li>
<li>Ensure ISO Tanks are updated in port system</li>
<li>Prepare BL’s, invoicing &amp; pre-advice to agent</li>
<li>To provide timely, reliable, and complete update on status of orders to customer/nominated agent</li>
<li>Handling SL1 - SL4 shipments - from booking , documentation to invoicing</li>
<li>Coordinating with depot, haulier &amp; carrier to enquire sufficient &amp; suitable containers for flexi fitting</li>
<li>Ensure correct flexi bag is released for booking</li>
<li>Enquire stock is available to cater to customer forecast</li>
<li>To ensure files are updated timely, BL &amp; invoice done timely</li>

<p><strong>DG SHIPMENT - EXPORT LADEN</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>DG shipment to prepare docs - CPC &amp; LPK DG &amp; provide to carrier prior shipment departure</li>
<li>Follow-up for CIPL for customs clearance</li>
<li>Coordinate with haulier to ensure ISO Tanks gate in timely &amp; K2 cleared</li>
<li>Prepare BL’s, invoicing &amp; pre-advice to agent</li>
<li>To provide timely, reliable, and complete update on status of orders to customer/nominated agent</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>INVENTORY MANAGEMENT</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Update inventory record on ISO Tanks availability in Port Klang</li>
<li>Provide weekly report to fleet management on ISO Tanks inventory at Port Klang</li>
<li>Ensure periodic test done for expired tanks</li>
<li>Damages ISO Tanks are repaired prior to export movements</li>
<li>ISO Tanks are reserved for upcoming export movements</li>
<li>Provide monthly forecast to Fleet Management to ensure sufficient ISO Tanks are available for export movement</li>
</ul>
