<p>We are looking for an experienced, personable Sales Manager to drive revenue and grow client relationships across FirstClasse's advertorial, social media, and event coverage packages. You'll own the full client journey — from pitch to proposal to on-the-ground execution — and act as the face of FirstClasse to brands and partners. This role suits someone commercially sharp, organised, and genuinely passionate about luxury lifestyle content.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end client servicing, acting as the primary point of contact for brand partners and ensuring a smooth, high-touch experience from first contact through campaign delivery.</li>
<li>Lead sales pitches and new business outreach, presenting FirstClasse's brand feature packages (advertorials, social media, event coverage) to prospective luxury and lifestyle brands.</li>
<li>Develop tailored proposals and creative product ideas that match client goals, budgets, and FirstClasse's editorial standards.</li>
<li>Negotiate and close deals, working with internal editorial, social, and production teams to scope deliverables accurately.</li>
<li>Build, maintain, and organise the customer database — tracking leads, client history, contract terms, and renewal opportunities.</li>
<li>Plan and manage event logistics and on-ground coverage for client activations, launches, and FirstClasse-hosted events.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance against package guarantees (page views, post views, video views) and report results to clients.</li>
<li>Stay closely tuned to luxury lifestyle trends — fashion, dining, travel, watches, beauty, and events — to spot new brand partnership opportunities.</li>
