Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Daily Accounting Tasks

• Record transactions and assist with data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable, keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Process supplier invoices and support payment preparations following established procedures.

Reporting & Reconciliations

• Support month-end activities by preparing basic financial summaries and routine reconciliations for bank and ledger accounts.
• Help compile simple reports and documentation needed for internal reviews.

Process Support & Learning

• Document routine accounting steps and suggest small improvements to make daily work smoother.
• Assist with audit requests and ad hoc finance projects while following guidance from the team.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Zero years experience is acceptable for this internship role; enthusiasm to learn and commit to the internship period is expected.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or similar platforms.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear communication, a collaborative attitude, and a curious mindset for learning practical finance tasks.

Skills
