Job Description

About the role 

  • Work closely with hiring managers and People Partners to deeply understand our organization structure, priorities, opportunities, and key business drivers to execute the recruitment outcomes.
  • Partner with hiring managers independently to drive a consultative approach for market research and mapping, sourcing, assessment, selection, and offer management to recruit top diverse candidates cost-effectively.
  • Be a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders on hiring the best talent and designing talent strategies to hire for roles across Southeast Asia.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline through engagement with universities, companies, and interest and network groups in the tech startup/healthcare industry.  
  • Initiate & execute projects within TA team. 

Job Requirements

About you 

  • At least 1 year and above of recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record with closing roles across all levels from entry/junior to manager level.
  • Experience hiring across Southeast Asia is strongly preferred. 
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a start-up, hyper-growth environment with the capacity to effectively manage multiple requests and candidates simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Unquestioned integrity and confidentiality.
  • A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, are willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges. 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
