We’re building a next-gen content team — not the old-school “shoot-edit-upload” style.

If you’re the type who says, “Wait… why are we still doing this manually?” and instantly finds an AI workaround — you’re our person.

This role is for creators who move fast, think differently, and treat AI tools as their creative superpower.

What You’ll Do

• Create TikTok-first beauty content using AI tools (CapCut AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
• Turn ideas into scripts, hooks, angles, and edits — fast.
• Use AI for storyboarding, VO, captions, visual references, cutting, pacing.
• Shoot and edit content that feels native, raw, and trend-first.
• Localise content in English + BM for Malaysian audiences.
• Monitor what’s trending, what’s performing, and adapt formats accordingly.
• Deliver high-volume content with speed, clarity, and consistency.

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For 

• 1–2 years in content creation (beauty/lifestyle preferred).
• Strong with CapCut, TikTok editor, and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Capable of producing mobile-first video with clean lighting and pacing.
• Understanding of TikTok metrics (retention, hooks, completion).
• Fluent in English + BM.
