<li>Guide children through cognitive, memory, concentration and creative activities.</li>
<li>Assist with Montessori-based learning activities.</li>
<li>Support classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.</li>
<li>Encourage children's confidence, communication, creativity and independence.</li>
<li>Prepare simple teaching and learning materials.</li>
<li>Observe and support children's participation and progress.</li>
<li>Assist teachers during classes, workshops and special programmes.</li>
<li>Participate in GeneMind events and activities when required.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clean and child-friendly classroom environment.</li>
