Job Summary:
We are seeking talented and driven individuals to join our team as Digital Performance
Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing
campaigns, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to our clients. You will work
closely with a team of specialists, employ your expertise in various ad platforms (Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, Google, Shopee, Lazada), Google Analytics, to make data-driven
decisions to maximize campaign performance and bring growth for clients’ businesses.
Responsibilities

<li>Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels, ensuring they align with clients' marketing objectives.</li>
<li>Utilize your expertise in Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying areas of improvement and actionable insights.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique marketing needs, provide strategic advice, and deliver campaigns that align with their goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and optimize ads to achieve optimal ROI.</li>
<li>Perform thorough analysis of campaign data, including user behavior, conversion rates, and customer demographics, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize performance.</li>
<li>Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to showcase campaign performance, highlight key insights, and communicate results to clients.</li>
<li>Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, and apply them to enhance campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliver exceptional client experiences.</li>
