Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY : a) Establish and implement test methods for Microbiological examination, their modification or development as well as procurement of related culture, chemicals, reagents, equipments and so forth required. b) Authorized to approve and release test report on microbiological examination to clients. Responsible for interpretation and opinions in the report. c) Performs microbiological examination on samples submitted by clients. d) Assist the Laboratory Executive in preparation of Quality System documentation. Overseas the control and distribution of QS documentation. e) Overseas the safekeeping and maintenance of quality and technical records. f) Manage and supervise microbiological laboratory personnel on daily work activities to ensure quality of test performances. g) Ensure safe laboratory practices as well as good housekeeping activities. h) Ensure calibration and verification of equipments are carried out as per requirement or prescribed intervals. i) Ensure proper maintenance and operation of equipments and facilities in the Laboratory j) Conduct method verification / validation and measurement uncertainty study on new or revised method
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : a) Posses at least Bachelor or Degree in related field. b) Have at least minimum of 2 years work experience in established microbiological laboratory
