<h3>About the Role</h3>
As a Performance Marketing Strategist, you’ll be responsible for both acquisition and activation. You’ll drive targeted paid campaigns to generate leads, and work with marketing and product teams to design strategies that nurture trial users into paid users—through email flows, retargeting, landing pages, and more.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both sides of the performance marketing coin: bringing in traffic and turning it into revenue.

<h3>Your Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Launch and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more—focusing on lead volume and quality.</li>
<li>Create full-funnel journeys: from ad clicks to lead forms, onboarding, emails, product nudges, and retargeting.</li>
<li>Design automated email flows and retargeting strategies to nurture trial users into paid plans.</li>
<li>Analyze campaign performance across all stages of the funnel (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, trial-to-paid).</li>
<li>Set up tracking, UTM parameters, and reporting dashboards to attribute performance correctly.</li>
<li>Run experiments on messaging, targeting, timing, and formats to improve conversion rates.</li>
<li>Stay on top of platform updates, SaaS growth trends, and competitor strategies. &nbsp;</li>
