Our Mission

We are currently seeking two Payment Officers to join our team at our Bangsar South office.
<ins>Responsibilities:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Reviewing payment requests from businesses to ensure that they comply with policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Tracking payments to vendors and reviewing payment status to identify any issues that may have occurred during processing.</li>
<li>Reviewing account activity to determine whether any fraudulent activity has occurred.</li>
<li>Processing checks, money orders, credit card payments, wire transfers, and other forms of payment.</li>
<li>Coordinating with banks, auditors, and other parties involved in the payment process.</li>
<li>Perform end-to-end reconciliations and reporting for collection by partners and transaction processing partners.</li>
<li>Processing and settlement to merchant partners and treasury management services.</li>
<li>Management of receive settlement from merchant partners.</li>
<li>Oversight and ongoing development of key operational processes and procedures from beginning of project to implementation of project - specifically for payment operations.</li>
<li>Finance incident management - for any settlement issues and dispute - including investigating, mitigating, recovery and escalation.</li>
</ul>
