<li>Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, XHS, YouTube and website.</li>
<li>Manage all company social media accounts to ensure relevant, up-to-date content and emerging trends in social media.</li>
<li>Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.</li>
<li>Develop and manage social media content calendar and work in collaboration with internal and external teams including agencies and influencers to ensure content reflects and supports our key initiatives/campaigns.</li>
<li>Create visual assets (e.g. photography, video) for social media.</li>
<li>Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, and social media Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.</li>
<li>Analyse data and metrics to create weekly and monthly reports on web traffic, user engagement, and ROI.</li>
<li>Stay informed about industry news and competitor activities.</li>
<li>Engage with the online community by responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.</li>
<li>Maintain visual consistency across social media platforms in line with corporate identity guidelines.</li>
