<li>Keep abreast of latest sales &amp; marketing information and competitor activity to understand the latest market demand.</li>
<li>Monitor the application and renewal of developer's license and advertisement permit and ensure they are obtained speedily.</li>
<li>Develop sales strategies for the assigned projects and ensure attainment of the company sales goals and profitability.</li>
<li>Leasing/ Commercial Management Experience will be an added advantage.</li>
