Job Description

• Assist in obtaining quotation from suppliers/contractors and prepare comparison
• Assist to prepare letter of award
• Assist in preparing tender document
• Assist in calling tender and prepare comparison
• Assist in doing site valuation/site measurement and preparing progress payment
• Assist in sourcing for pricing for rate confirmation
• Assist in measurement/checking contractor submission
• Assist in concluding the final contract sum of the project
• Prepare bills of quantities
• Prepare work order/tender
• Prepare progress payment
• Review quantities and costing for variation orders/final account
• Compiling document for VO/final account
• Taking off quantities when is required
• Data filing of all relevant documents 

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Meticulous, attention to detail and a team player;
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
