Job Description

•  To study construction drawings and work on quotation to customers.
•  To do cost estimates on materials needed, labour cost, and other costs for a project.
•  Preparing contracts, legal tender documents, quotations and other documentation.
•  To monitor production timeline, material consumptions and wastages everyday                          
• Assist Project Manager and Operation Manager in hiring or procuring subcontractors and suppliers based on the presented budget.
•  Liaising with Project Manager, Site Supervisor and other necessary people to ensure the project follows to the timeline.
•  Issuing payments to contractors and other employees.
•  Occasionally required to plan to site visit and research for future projects together with Project Team                                                                               

Job Requirements

• Preferably fluent in Mandarin
• Fresh graduate or 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Poses own transport
• Training provided
• Willing to work at Sungai Buloh, Selangor
