Job Description

• Performs various administrative tasks in support of the HR department.
• Update employee data and filing of HR documents.
• Assist in processing of monthly finance invoices including petrol and telco invoices.
• Assist in managing the employee medical benefits.
• Preparing items for staff onboarding such as access card, staff badge, and key-in of license plate.
• Handle EITA enquiry emails and blasting announcements to EITA Group.
• Update the contact list.
• Perform administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process such as reference check.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties which assigned from time to time from immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Final Year Students are welcoming to apply for this position.
• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Words.
• Possess own vehicle and is willing to work at SS13, Subang Jaya.
