Internship: Creative &amp; Communications (Marketing Operations Focus)

We’re a small, fast-moving creative agency that builds unbranded advocacy and smart marketing strategies for some of the boldest brands in Malaysia. We’re looking for an intern who’s serious about doing real work—not someone just here for the name on their CV.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

<li>Assist in the execution of digital communication plans and community engagement activities &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage backend marketing operations (briefs, trackers, timelines, content calendars) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support content creation for campaigns (e.g. captions, visuals, trend research) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Help monitor online chatter, collect insights, and suggest ways to steer the conversation &nbsp;</li>
<li>Join brainstorms and give your take—we value sharp, honest opinions &nbsp;</li>
<li>If you’re good at it, you’ll get to own your own mini-projects &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Who We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Someone who actually wants to work—self-driven, detail-oriented, and dependable &nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong communicator (you’ll deal with people, content, and timelines) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Willing to learn fast and adapt even faster—things move quickly here &nbsp;</li>
<li>Knows how to use social media beyond scrolling (basic content sense helps) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Able to show up on time, meet deadlines, and follow through (yes, we check) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Preferably someone studying or interested in Marketing, PR, Mass Comm, or similar &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
