SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contract agreements.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members.

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Develop promotional materials, digital marketing strategies, and social media content.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the product development team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs effectively.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition to retention.

TEAM LEADERSHIP & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
• Train and support junior sales and marketing team members.
• Oversee budget planning and allocation for sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports for senior management review.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in industry. 
• Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and data analysis.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral, in English), impeccable grammar, and strong attention to detail.
• Can speak other languages ​​such as Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing trends.
• A passion for merchandise, tourism, attractions and trends.
