Job Summary: 
We are looking for a Marketing &amp; Creative Executive to look in the many aspects of promoting a product or service throughout its lifespan. This role looks into the creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative work, where the creative process is from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects align with brand objectives and meet high standards of quality.
You will be expected to do extensive research about current trends to propel the business forward and review analytics on social media to come up with communication strategies.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, to deliver compelling campaigns and content that engage audiences and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing various marketing projects.</li>
<li>Support research and development of marketing strategies, including brainstorming ideas, tracking progress, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li>Schedule, publish, and monitor content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.</li>
<li>Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics.</li>
<li>Write creative and engaging content for social media, marketing materials, and internal communications.</li>
<li>Help craft campaign messages, taglines, and storytelling ideas.</li>
<li>Design basic visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.</li>
<li>Create assets such as social media posts, presentation slides, brochures, and banners.</li>
<li>Assist in photo and video shoots.</li>
<li>Handle simple editing tasks for reels, TikTok videos, and short marketing clips.</li>
<li>Contribute fresh ideas during campaign planning and team discussions.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends and suggest new content formats or strategies.</li>
