Our Philosophy

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and detail-oriented individual to bring our brand stories to life across social media platforms. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our content creation and campaign execution — from crafting engaging posts to coordinating with influencers and keeping campaigns running smoothly. If you love social media, have a knack for content editing, and enjoy working in a fast-paced creative environment, this role is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Uploading and scheduling posts on IG / TikTok / XHS / Facebook</li>
<li>Writing captions and basic copy, monitoring content performance</li>
<li>Supporting short video shooting (BTS, product highlights, lifestyle content)</li>
<li>Organizing media files (photos, videos, captions, documents)</li>
<li>Uploading visuals for campaigns, product launches, and live stream event</li>
<li>Using Canva / CapCut / InShot to do simple content editing</li>
<li>Assisting during photoshoots (setting up props, capturing behind-the-scenes)</li>
<li>Track &amp; report basic social media stats (views, likes, shares)</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Influencer (KOL / KOC) Coordination:</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Contacting KOLs/KOCs on XHS, TikTok, and IG</li>
<li>Assisting in message drafts, sample coordination, and tracking replies</li>
<li>Coordinate sample sending, deadlines, and reposting user content</li>
<li>Maintaining a KOL/KOC campaign tracking sheet</li>
</ul>
2. Campaign &amp; File Coordination:
<ul>
<li>Acting as the link between designer, photographer, and marketing team</li>
<li>Submit visuals to platforms or marketing and ads teams</li>
<li>Receive, rename, organize and upload campaign files and creative material</li>
<li>Ensure deadlines and handovers are smooth and on time</li>
<li>Helping manage online ads (e.g. Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and compiling basic performance data</li>
</ul>
