Are you organized, detail-oriented with exceptional data entry skills? We are seeking a motivated and efficient Admin Asst cum Data Entry to join our team.

Embassy Alliance Travel is a leading Tour Operator company that prides itself on delivering high-quality products/services to our valued clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented individual to support our administrative and data entry tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attentive to details, including inputting customer information and any other relevant data into the system provided.

Assist with general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.

Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly, providing excellent working skills and resolving issues when possible.

Maintain and update records, ensuring they are current and easily accessible to the team when necessary.

Support other team members and managers as needed, collaborating to achieve company goals.

Contribute to process improvement efforts, suggesting ways to streamline data entry and administrative tasks.


Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant courses are a plus.

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Data Entry Clerk.

Exceptional data entry skills with a keen eye for detail, high accuracy and speed.

Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Flexible with working hours is an advantage

Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
