Job Description

We are looking for a creative and innovative intern to help us update our training and communication materials. Your main mission will be to transform our existing content into dynamic, engaging, and effective learning formats that keep viewers engaged, entertained and educated.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Content Transformation: Review existing documents, training manuals, guides, and presentations to identify areas for improvement.
• Create Creative Learning Tools: Re-engineer content using principles of storytelling, gamification, and interactive design (e.g., turning a document into a scenario-based challenge or an animated explainer video script).
• Create videos and visual content for our learning platforms.
• Edit photos, videos, documents and other multimedia content. 
• Support video production, including shooting, basic editing, and adding captions or graphics.
• Improve Learning Experience Design: Develop outlines and storyboards for new learning assets, including short videos, interactive quizzes, infographics, micro-learning modules, and quick-reference guides.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure creative content maintains technical accuracy and aligns with learning objectives.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Support the Community Engagement & Growth team in ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Products. 
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with concepts like Instructional Design (ADDIE or SAM model), adult learning theory, or gamification principles.
