<h3>1. Content Strategy &amp; Planning</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop content ideas, campaign concepts, and creative directions for JAM and client accounts.</li>
<li>Research social media trends, consumer insights, and platform best practices.</li>
<li>Plan content calendars and production schedules to ensure consistent content output.</li>
<li>Create scripts, captions, and content structures that drive engagement and conversions.</li>
</ul>
<h3>2. Content Production</h3>
<ul>
<li>Plan and coordinate content shoots, including locations, props, and talents.</li>
<li>Execute video and photo shoots independently or with support from the creative team.</li>
<li>Ensure content is produced according to campaign objectives and brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all content.</li>
</ul>
<h3>3. Video Editing &amp; Post-Production</h3>
<ul>
<li>Edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shopee, and Lazada.</li>
<li>Incorporate captions, graphics, music, transitions, and creative effects to enhance content performance.</li>
<li>Optimize content formats according to platform requirements and best practices.</li>
<li>Deliver content within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.</li>

<h3>4. On-Screen Talent &amp; Brand Representation</h3>
<ul>
<li>Act as an on-screen talent, presenter, or spokesperson for JAM and client content when required.</li>
<li>Participate in video shoots, promotional campaigns, interviews, livestream content, and marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Build a professional and engaging on-camera presence that aligns with the Company's brand identity.</li>
<li>Be comfortable appearing regularly in videos and social media content.</li>
</ul>
<h3>5. Performance Analysis &amp; Improvement</h3>
<ul>
<li>Monitor content performance metrics including views, engagement, watch time, shares, and conversions.</li>
<li>Analyze content performance and recommend improvements for future campaigns.</li>
<li>Continuously experiment with new formats, storytelling methods, and creative approaches.</li>
<li>Stay updated on social media trends, creator economy developments, and platform algorithm changes.</li>
</ul>
<h3>6. Collaboration &amp; Campaign Execution</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Business Development, Livestream Operations, Graphic Design, and Management teams to execute campaigns effectively.</li>
<li>Support brand campaigns, product launches, livestream promotions, and special projects.</li>
<li>Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve overall content quality and business performance.</li>
