Job Description

As a Sales Intern with our firm, you will:  

- Learn the Industry: Gain hands-on experience in the life insurance and financial planning industry.  

- Support the Sales Team: Assist with client prospecting, follow-ups, and managing sales pipelines.  

- Develop Communication Skills: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide basic information about our services.  

- Work with Mentors: Shadow experienced life planners and learn about effective sales strategies and financial planning techniques.  

- Build Knowledge: Participate in training sessions to understand our products, services, and sales processes.  

- Explore Career Growth: Receive guidance to help you transition into a full-time role if desired.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who:  

- Is Enthusiastic: A positive and eager-to-learn attitude.  

- Is Currently Enrolled or Recently Graduated:* Pursuing or holding a diploma or degree in business, marketing, finance, or related fields.  

- Has Good Communication Skills: Able to engage with people and express ideas clearly.  

- Is Self-Motivated: A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.  

- Is Open to Learning: Willing to participate in training and develop industry knowledge.  

- Has Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
