Job Description

• Create easy-to-understand guides, videos, and workshops for FeedMe’s products (POS systems, AI tools, etc.).
• Train new hires, sales teams, and customer support staff on product features, updates, and best practices.
• Host live webinars or onsite sessions to help restaurants/bakeries use FeedMe tools confidently.
• Gather feedback to refine training materials and fill knowledge gaps across teams.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to stay ahead of new features and translate tech specs into simple lessons.
• Track training success through user proficiency, feedback, and product adoption rates.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years in training, onboarding, or customer education (tech/SaaS/F&B industry is a plus!).
• Skills:
   
  • Ability to break down complex tech into bite-sized, engaging lessons.

  • Basic understanding of POS systems or restaurant operations (bonus points!).

• Personality:
   
  • Energized by teaching others—patience and enthusiasm are your superpowers.
•  
  • Adaptable—Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
•  
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
