<p>We are seeking an <strong>Accounts Manager cum Admin</strong> to manage the company’s financial operations and general administrative functions in <strong>fire protection systems</strong> or construction industry.&nbsp;</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Accounting &amp; Finance</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Maintain full sets of accounts including project-based accounting, cost allocation, and bank reconciliation.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and year-end accounts.</li>
<li>Monitor project costing, claims, collections, and payment schedules.</li>
<li>Oversee company cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.</li>
<li>Handle tax matters including SST, income tax, and liaising with external auditors and tax consultants.</li>
<li>Track subcontractor payments, supplier invoices, and client billings in line with project milestones.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Administration &amp; Office Operations</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage daily office administration, procurement, and office supply inventory.</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation of contracts, project files, insurance, and company licenses.</li>
