Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised Finance & Operations Manager to assist in expanding JAM’s livestream and content commerce business.
This position will oversee our daily financial operations, fundamental accounting tasks, and internal administrative functions, ensuring the company operates efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

You will play a crucial role in our internal operations.

Finance & Billing

  • Oversee all client and partner invoicing and billing processes
  • Monitor and facilitate timely collection of payments
  • Prepare monthly aging reports and pursue outstanding payments
  • Examine supplier invoices and arrange payments
     

Accounting

  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
  • Keep precise and organised financial documentation
  • Provide support for partial or full account management based on experience
  • Generate monthly financial summaries for management review
  • Collaborate with outsourced accountants, if necessary
     

Audit & Compliance

  • Prepare audit schedules and necessary documentation
  • Act as the main point of contact for external auditors during the annual audit
  • Ensure adherence to financial and tax regulations
  • Assist in gathering data for tax submissions (with professional support)
     

Admin & Operations

  • Create and uphold standard operating procedures (for annual leave, claims, onboarding, etc.)
  • Maintain HR documentation (leave tracking, employee records)
  • Oversee general office operations and administrative responsibilities
  • Assist management with internal reporting and documentation needs
  • Facilitate smooth collaboration between departments
     

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience (accounts + admin)
  • Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience with accounting software (Xero / SQL / AutoCount / QuickBooks is a bonus)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills, able to deal with auditors and internal teams
  • Startup-friendly mindset: flexible, proactive, solution-driven
