<li>Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.</li>
<li>Assist in food preparation (if applicable) and ensure quality presentation.</li>
<li>Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion control.</li>

<li>Customer Service</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Greet customers warmly and provide menu recommendations when required.</li>
<li>Take and process customer orders accurately.</li>
<li>Handle customer feedback, inquiries, or complaints professionally.</li>

<li>Cashiering &amp; POS Operations</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Operate the cash register/POS system for billing.</li>
<li>Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and ensure accuracy in balancing daily sales.</li>
<li>Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.</li>
</ul>

<li>Outlet Maintenance &amp; Hygiene</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Ensure workstations, counters, and equipment are kept clean and sanitized.</li>
<li>Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.</li>
<li>Replenish stock and supplies as required.</li>
</ul>

<li>Teamwork &amp; Compliance</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Assist colleagues in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.</li>
<li>Follow company SOPs, policies, and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Support management in achieving outlet sales and service targets.</li>
