Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to manage the company’s full set of accounts and support day-to-day financial operations. 

The ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, patient, and experienced, with the ability to work with minimal supervision while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end/year-end closing
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and schedules
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of SST and other statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities
• Monitor cash flow, forecast, and expense controls
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting

Job Requirements

What We Looking at:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Diploma/Degree in finance / accounting or its equivalent.
• Preferably with minimum 2 years’ experience in related industry.
• Possess good proficiency of English Language, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated and strong initiative, critical thinking, meticulous, independent, and strong sense of responsibility, results-orientated team player.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Microsoft Excel-pivot tables, Autocount accounting system etc.
• Preferable to start immediately.
• Possess own car with valid driving license.

Good to Have

• Experience handling audits etc.
• Familiarity with local statutory requirements (e.g. SST, income tax)
• Experience in full set for multiple companies
• Knowledge of accounting systems such as AutoCount and Infotech (adjust as needed)
• Prior experience in a senior or supervisory accounting role
