Job Description

• Use collection procedures and policy guidelines to achieve cash flow targets through verbal and non-verbal customer collection calls/activities.
• Devise collection programs to manage accounts based on set targets.
• Develop and implement strategies for managing overdue payments and reducing debt exposure for potential marginal accounts.
• Conduct appropriate customer feedback reviews.
• Help with the preparation of POD's disclaimers and interact with solicitors for administration/liquidator appointed accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and coordinate output with customers.
• Record all customer interactions and perform account maintenance activities such as reconciling unmatched items preparing cheque refunds and updating customer records.
• Collect remittance details and submit listings of direct credit payments to the banking function.
• Foster cross-functional relationships within the business for enhanced customer satisfaction. 

Job Requirements

• Preferred: Possession of tertiary qualifications in Commercial/Business Accounting
• Minimum: Possession of at least one year of experience in customer service and current role
• Should possess the ability to understand the Australian Customer market type
• Should be knowledgeable in receivables/credit accounting systems data interpretation and report production for customer information and collection management
• Advantageous to be able to communicate in Mandarin (Mandarin Speaking Customers)
