Job Description

• Maintaining product listing, updating of pricing and stock
• Work with other departments to execute campaigns and promotions across all e-commerce sites
• Assist in planning and executing all e-commerce and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and work closely with Customer Service team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty and to maintain an above average store rating at all times
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
• To assist the management on the measurement of marketing and customer-related metrics such as sales, trend analysis, spending patterns, etc.
• Process daily orders from website and online platforms  

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Advances/Graduate Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience working with WooCommerce, Shopee and Lazada is highly preferred
• Experience in E-Commerce or related field.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines and objective
• Self-motivated, willing, and energetic individual with the ability to work within team
• Basic design knowledge
