<p>The internship program is under the Operation Department. You will be handling operations support related documentations, including but not limited to, operations manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs, SLA and agreement drafting. Key role in developing, maintaining and monitoring platform end-to-end operations. You will also play a role in developing and generating data driven analysis to support decision-making.</p>
<p>This position gives you the opportunity to work closely with our project team, from the planning stages to WIP execution for projects as well as playing a role in project support or other related ad-hoc tasks.</p>
<p>Moreover, you will be able to grow and groomed in your assigned territory by managing client account and processing client account report on regular basis. You will also be able to create wonderful customer relationships by handling related incoming calls/emails and customer enquiries.</p>


This job is an Operations Internship where you&#x27;ll handle documentations, monitor platform operations, generate analysis, work with project teams, manage client accounts, and build customer relationships. You might like this job because it provides diverse skill-building opportunities.
