This role will mainly be involved in assisting us in automating common administrative and customer service roles in our business using Ai and automations.&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assist in strategic planning and development of business growth initiatives</li>
<li>Contribute to marketing campaign planning, execution tracking, and performance analysis</li>
<li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making</li>
<li>Help design and document customer journey maps and service processes</li>
<li>Support implementation of customer service automation tools (e.g., CRM, AI chat, workflow systems)</li>
<li>Collaborate with team leads to improve internal operations and efficiency</li>
<li>Prepare reports, presentations, and planning documents for internal and external stakeholders</li>
</ul>
