 We are Gen Alpha Visionaries Sdn Bhd, a fast-growing startup in the education and IT consulting sector. We’re currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Business Management / Administration Intern. This role will mainly be involved in assisting us in automating common administrative and customer service roles in our business using Ai and automations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in strategic planning and development of business growth initiatives
• Contribute to marketing campaign planning, execution tracking, and performance analysis
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making
• Help design and document customer journey maps and service processes
• Support implementation of customer service automation tools (e.g., CRM, AI chat, workflow systems)
• Collaborate with team leads to improve internal operations and efficiency
• Prepare reports, presentations, and planning documents for internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with business tools (Google Workspace, Trello/Notion, Canva, CRM software, etc.)
• Interest in marketing strategy, business development, and process automation
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willing to be trained and learn
