We are looking for a proactive and organized Shop Administrator to join our automotive tinting retail shop. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, provides excellent customer service, and supports our installation and warranty processes. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Manage front desk operations and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.</li>
<li>Coordinate installation schedules and warranty claims for customers and staff.</li>
<li>Enter and maintain accurate records in invoicing, warranty, and booking systems.</li>
<li>Support logistics and ensure timely flow of materials and installation appointments.</li>
<li>Monitor retail store operations to maintain a seamless and organized shop environment for customers</li>
<li>Assist with basic financial tasks, including processing invoices and petty cash from customer.</li>
