Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Shop Administrator to join our automotive tinting retail shop. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, provides excellent customer service, and supports our installation and warranty processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Coordinate installation schedules and warranty claims for customers and staff.
• Enter and maintain accurate records in invoicing, warranty, and booking systems.
• Support logistics and ensure timely flow of materials and installation appointments.
• Monitor retail store operations to maintain a seamless and organized shop environment for customers
• Assist with basic financial tasks, including processing invoices and petty cash from customer.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive customer and shop data.
  
  

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; further studies in administration or business is a plus.
• Basic Knowledge on how to use the cash register/payment machine. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Professional, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
• Prior experience in automotive or retail operations is advantageous but not required.
